“Nice”
We stayed with our tour group. 2 women in reception were so helpful and smiling. It is far from Venice center however so easy to reach train station. Breakfast is good for 4 star hotels in Italy. Room was clean. The area is quite and nice

“Good location ”
It has good location but it's hard to find it. The breakfast was simple but good. Custer service was very friendly. Their English was ok, not very strong so they might have hard time communicating. Very fair price.
