“Good airport hotel”
We flew out of Marco Polo and booked this hotel - walkable from the airport. Nothing fancy, but a Clean, quiet room. breakfast buffet marginal.

“A very reliable choice for overnighting before/after a flight at VCE”
The hotel is super close to the airport (code VCE). You can walk to/from the airport in about 15-20 minutes but as others have noted it can be a bit treacherous to navigate, esp. with luggage and some stretches without sidewalk.
