The hotel is located just few minutes from San Mark's Square in a quiet area close to the famous Madonna della Salute Basilica, and the Peggy Guggenheim collection Museum. Water buses are located very close to the hotel, allowing to reach Saint Mark's Square in just a few minutes. From Marco Polo Airport: Take a schuttle public boat 'ALILAGUNA' and get off at ZATTERE. The exit is straight on Rio Terra Antonio Foscarini , walk for 100 metres then turn right on Calle Nuova Santa Agnese, walk straight until you find a small bridge with Campo San Vio; cross the bridge, straight and take Calle della Chiesa, straight for 50 metres until you find a small bridge in your right with Restaurant Ai Gondolieri; cross the bridge, immediately right on Calle delle Mende at door number 531 there is the hotel. This is mostly a beautiful residential area, without the noise and the crowd that it can be experienced in the area around San Mark's Square, and the hotel is still so close to it.
There is no restaurant at hotel, breakfast will be served in the room at the guest's requested time.

“Great location, basic hotel”
Great location, very friendly owner, bathroom small but did the job. The breakfast was just bread and jam, which was a little bit disappointing. But overall was a great little hotel, just what we needed.

“Amazing location, quaint but ideal”
5 mins walk from Marco square and in a quiet and very pretty part of Venice. The bedrooms are quite small but we didn’t spend too much time in our room. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the owner was very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

“Venice - quiet, calm and convinient”
We stayed for three nights in this quiet and peaceful hotel. The room had an external bathroom - only for the use of the room. Which was no problem for us- we slept very well.
