“So lovely”
As soon as we made the reservation, the lovely, sweet, helpful woman who runs the hotel contacted me via what’s app. She was so helpful with anything we needed. The hotel feels like you’re staying in a private home. It’s quiet. Easy location. Nearest water taxi stop is Arsenale.
