“Excellent Location & Spotless - Great Value for Venice!!”
Located near the Academia Bridge and within 10 min walk of St Marco Square. Just up the street from the best restaurant in Venice -- A Beccafico!! the bathroom was spotless, the air conditioning was sufficient and the breakfast was very nice

“Nice, off the beaten path”

I would give this 2 stars based on American hotels, but compared to hotels in Venice this hotel was acceptable.
