First time at this property. Parking garage is perfect hotel is new. Next to water taxis and good to reach the city. Negative is there is literally nothing around if you want a walk in the evening. Negative is the hotel restaurant. Breakfast is good. We had dinner burger and club sandwich. The kids menu chicken tenders was no chicken tenders. Very hard. The burger patty and pulled chicken clearly warmed micro wave food. Very disappointing for Italian standard or Hilton standards not even to get a normal burger done.

“A perfect base for a couple of days in Venice”

A relatively new hotel that was surrounded by construction work, but still had a very good experience. Great rooms, good food and friendly service. A plus with electric car charging in the garage. Fully recommended

The hotel is located immediately after you cross the bridge linking mainland to the Venice islands cluster so this is an advantage if you come by car. The hotel is located immediately after you cross the bridge linking mainland to the Venice islands cluster so this is an advantage if you come by car. You can still drive directly up to it and they have their own parking at extra fee. The area is industrial, hosting huge parking facilities so count nothing available around, no nice views of the old city. But even if you are off the central area there is a vaporetto stop just 2 minutes away so if you plan on buying a vaporetto pass for 1 or more days absolutely fine to travel around. So I would recommend this hotel location if you travel by car and you count with buying a vaporetto pass as walking is feasible but will take you too much energy and time off from the visiting experience itself. Also a tip for visiting don`t take the vaporetto just the classical way heading towards Grand Canal but take it once from the same station Tronchetto towards Giudecca, you will also reach San Marco square and you can choose to stop or not on the way but but you`ll have at least a very scenic view over some of the main landmarks from a different perspective. The hotel itself has rooms on the small side and they lack storage. If you chose a twin vs a king room the twin is a bit larger so you have for example a corner where to open a larger suitcase which in the king room is absolutely impossible. Beds were fine as both size and quality of sleep in both, so even as a couple go rather for the twin for that extra space.Storage is a big issue as practically you have just a short metal bar with 5 hangers behind the entry door but it is above the space where to put your luggage (small suitcase size) so practically there is only room for a few pieces like short coats or bended trousers. On the wall there are few knobs where you can hang a longer coat or a handbag. On the hallway there is a short cupboard where the only empty space is a drawer as rest is taken by the fridge, iron, safe etc. I don't understand really why they wasted space on the ironing board and iron as I haven't seen a single business traveller. They could offer ironing facilities on demand and save that space. You have coffee and tea facilities inside the room and a drinking water dispenser for free in the hallways. Rooms were clean overall but still by the bed leg I found a candy wrapper from a previous client that stayed there even after they cleaned the room the next day. Also  I was not impressed with the hall's maintenance. The same stuff remained on the floor two days after we arrived. The hotel is new so it looks nice but I believe they should invest more in cleaning training overall to maintain it long term. Breakfast had enough diversity including a waffle station (for safety reasons careful don't let small kids alone there) but quality wise there were a few big minuses. Juice from the dispenser is absolutely undrinkable, worse ever. I suppose it's some powder based but absolutely horrible artificial taste. I didn't expect freshly squeezed juice but we are still in Italy so at least some basic commercial orange juice. Eggs had a strange consistency, supposed again was some powder based mix. Coffee also for Italy I would definitely expect more quality. We didn't experience ques or waiting but I suppose the hotel is popular with large american groups so understand it can get crowded in the mornings. We chose to include a half board option to simplify the dinner search as the hotel has no other restaurants around. The half board price included a main and either starter or dessert but no drinks so it might seem advantageous but drinks are pretty expensive.As choice there is an Italian/American menu but overall the italian dishes were not wow and at the end from what we had as a family over the stay the best quality cost combination was the ... burger and we even had a big issue with the Caesar salad as the chicken was definitely either poorly cooked or even spoiled so even if we barely touched after we saw it tasted funny we still had stomach issues. So unfortunately I cannot recommend it. The hotel is cash free so you cannot pay anything cash even in restaurants or at the reception like parking. A special note to the reception staff, they were very nice and helpful, really professional, well trained and informed. I was also surprised they don't offer better family rooms options but seeing the sizes of their rooms I suppose the target is rather group travel on 1-2 days stay. So be careful when you book especially as a family that the price might seem attractive or you can say ok at least is a Hilton I know what I get but if you end up buying extra rooms as they are too small to host more than 2 people it might get more expensive than taking a family suite in a higher end hotel with more and larger facilities.  So overall if you get a good price as a Hilton frequent traveller it might be an option but consider that you are cut off from the historical city vibe in both inside hotel and surroundings, definitely ease your visiting with the vaporetto pass and I would avoid dinning here.
