The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station. There are a few steps leading to the front desk and potentially to the rooms. Our stay featured a double bed plus an additional room with a single bed; both were very clean and a good size. While the bathroom isn't huge, I'm quite tall and had no issues at all. We had a great night's sleep. It’s excellent value for money and delivers exactly what you’d expect for this price range. I would definitely return as it checked all my boxes: clean, near the station, comfortable and quiet. I didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but the staff was friendly and very helpful with local information.

Brilliant little hotel. Dead close to the train station and canals (unsurprisingly!) and nice staff. Deffo recommend!

Very pleasant and helpful staff - thank you for the tips and friendly chat. The rooms are perfectly clean (and I have a high standard for cleaning because of my own guesthouse), the bathroom is cleaned every day and the beds are made. A pleasant smell everywhere. The hotel is located on a busier street, but despite that the noise was not great (even at night!). The windows seal perfectly and when you close the shutters you can hear almost nothing. Great location - a few minutes from the bus and train stations. From Marco Polo Airport we used the airport express bus ATVO, ticket price €10/person/way. It's a 20-30 minute walk to San Marco square, many bakeries and restaurants along the way. “Perfect location at a reasonable price”

Stepping off the train at Venice St Lucia (Ferrovia) to the breathtaking sight of the Grand Canal was followed by an easy 5 minute walk to the hotel. Stepping off the train at Venice St Lucia (Ferrovia) to the breathtaking sight of the Grand Canal was followed by an easy 5 minute walk to the hotel. It's super sparkling clean and in a perfect location. Easy, quick checkin found me in a comfortable room with a good layout, the bathroom completely separate from the bedroom area. Good clean, fresh bedlinen and daily room cleaning made my stay super comfortable. Also, the wooden shutters eliminated noise and light so great sleep quality. Nearby are the more reasonable priced restaurants and you're 2 minutes from Ferrovia vaporeto pier. Price was good and all staff very pleasant and good with English.
