“Very central modern hotel”
Hotel very clean - all spaces. Good breakfast provided. Lovely staff. Room a bit small but adequate - however bed was a bit too firm for me! Very central location. Surprisingly quiet at night (which was great for sleeping!).

“Fantastic experience in Venice with an exceptional location”
The location of this hotel is exceptional. You can’t beat it. You are so close to St. Mark's Basilica, the Doge's Palace, Bell tower, the Bridge of Sighs. “Recommend this hotel for group of 2 - clean, quiet and very good service!”
We stayed here for 4 nights, mother and daughter, in the comfort room with canal view. “Great Hotel in great location but lookout for Mozzies!!!”
Excellent boutique hotel in fantastic location, 5 min walk to St Marks Basilica & v close to water bus drop off point. V good breakfast buffet. Staff were excellent. Beware of mosquitos at night, we left window open & got well eaten alive by the little blighters
