“Great room, great AC, fantastic location”
Amazing view of the Rialto bridge, right next to the water bus pier. Room had GREAT air conditioning, even in July heatwave. (Tell me you’re American without telling me you’re American). Breakfast was good too.

“Good clean hotel in a great location”
Lovely hotel with a lot of charm, room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff were all very nice. It is a very old building so some parts are a little bit tatty but overall I would happily stay here again.

“Impressive”
Very nice hotel. We had a grand canal view room. The front desk is 5 star all day. The room needs repair to mirror, bathroom. Breakfast is very impressive. This place is in center of everything. Recommend to use public water bus for all travel including islands. Use Google maps for help.
