“Very good and tiny bit bad”
We had a great experience from room 401 on second floor and to right side of flags looking at the hotel from outside. Some steps to the room but near the lift. Two windows looking straight onto Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. So much interesting activity around the bridge. Sheer curtains don't block… more

“Great Hotel”
Great central location. Friendly staff and quaint rooms. We were lucky enough to have a canal view room so made our trip extra special.

Friendly atmosphere, staff excellent and accommodating. Great inclusive breakfast. Excellent location.

“Excellent location great staff”
Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Room had limited view and small bathroom. One day we had no electricity or water from 8am until 3pm. The location is excellent. Room was quiet at night . Hotel is very clean but very tired
