“Don't miss this hotel”

One of the best experiences I have ever had with hotels. Squeaky clean room, rich breakfast and staff ready to take care of every need. We stayed for 4 nights. It may be 2 km away from the city centre, but there's a free shuttle bus service

“Most pleasant short break”

Enjoyed a 4 night stay with friends. All three rooms were comfortable and clean and everything worked well. Reception staff were friendly and helpful with excellent English. Good choice of food for breakfast and this could be accessed up to 10.30 a.m.. The dining room staff were friendly and efficient and replenished the food as necessary. Although the hotel is a little way out from the city centre we were able to use the hotel shuttle bus to get there when available and had no difficulty getting taxis back which were reasonably priced. Not a lot of places to eat nearby but we found a small Bar/Ristorante round the corner about 5 minutes walk called Lavia Nies. Lovely food and service.

We booked into this hotel because our flight home to the uk was cancelled last minute so we had to stay another 2.5 days in Verona. We had already stayed in the city for 2 days before going onto lake Garda for a week so had done pretty much everything there is to do in Verona but had to come back to Verona airport. The hotel itself is very nice. It is clean and quiet although quite a way from the main tourist area. One of the men manning the reception isn’t very helpful. He couldn’t (or wouldn’t) help us order from “Just Eat” when we first arrived in the evening. The hotel does not do any food apart from breakfast but he said he had no idea of what to do and had not heard of it (we only wanted him to read the menu)! We ended up taking a taxi to a local shopping mall and eating there but we were both tired so would have preferred to eat in our room. The next day we asked the same man if we could stay in our room after the checkout time of 11am on the Wednesday as our flight wasn’t until 2145. He thought for a while and then said “yes €100 extra”. We declined. We know the room is not booked so a charge of €100 seems high. It just makes what has been a stressful holiday worse and he definitely seems to be in the wrong job working with the public!

“Not convincing”

Hotel confortable and clean, but outside town, nothing interesting arround, you nead to take a taxie to go downtown. No restaurant only breakfast, no gym. People at the reception really average behaviour with customers, 5 mn walk from congress center.
