This is a business hotel plus. Not a full service hotel. No branded products. Fairly newly refurbished. It looked pretty good. Four out of Five because it caters to business men not tourists and they do it well. The location is right in the middle of the entertainment district, lots of pachinko parlors and the red light area is fairly close by. As is a plethora of drinking establishments, late night food options, night clubs and everything else that goes with this. The room we got was great. Fairly new, big enough for two people. A comfortable bed and a great night sleep. We expected it to be noisy considering the location but it was dead quiet. Reason? Because our window opened up to the wall of the building next door. LOL - no view what so ever but who cares? it was quiet. Package included VOD and breakfast. VOD was pretty useless unless you like adult movies. Breakfast was very Japanese but you can't complain at free. Rice, miso soup, salad, eggs - the basics but it was fresh and we ate well. Parking is valet. Not a bad price but no in out privileges.

“Nice hotel but strange car park experience”

We are a group of four (two couples) and we hired a car to drive from Toyama to Centrair. Nagoya was our last overnight stop. We drove the rental car, a Toyota Ractis, to the hotel and intended to park it at the hotel car park overnight. But strangely the car was too tall for the car park elevator.… more

We are a group of four (two couples) and we hired a car to drive from Toyama to Centrair. Nagoya was our last overnight stop. We drove the rental car, a Toyota Ractis, to the hotel and intended to park it at the hotel car park overnight. But strangely the car was too tall for the car park elevator. A Toyota Ractis? Too Tall? So the lesson here is, don't try to park here if your car is as tall as or taller than a Toyota Ractis. Anyway we were directed by the front desk staff to park at the Nadya Park nearby, they gave me a ticket for the parking machine. It costs 1,800 yen to park there overnight versus 1,080 yen at the hotel's own car park, which is frustrating. Anyway I drove and parked there. Next morning when I retrieved the car, I slotted in the parking ticket as well as a ticket the hotel gave me to the machine, then the money. But it still charged me 1,800 yen so I don't understand why I had to park there when there were cheaper parking nearby. Even more strangely when I drove to the gate the gate opened automatically without me needing to insert the parking ticket into the machine that controls the gate. I was so worried that the gate charged my ETC card I had to get help from the front desk staff again. They assured me it was okay and it turned out okay but it was all very strange experience and troublesome. But the rooms were very nice. We are used to staying in another Japanese hotel chain. Compared with that this hotel is much better, it looks and feels new, rooms are bigger, everything is clean and the price is lower too. Location is also excellent for shopping and dining. Next time when I am not driving a Toyota Ractis I will definitely consider this hotel again. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, but nearby is the famous Komeda restaurant which serves traditional Nagoya style breakfasts from 7:30am.

“Good location”

Hotel is near all major shopping mall. Good location, staff are very nice, simple and good breakfast. the carpark charge for overnight is very reasonable. Near the hotel, you can find plenty of restaurant.
