Best customer service and best frills. Interesting onsen and they sure know how to delight you. Ice cream after onsen and yakult in the morning. “Great place to stay in Aomori”
The hotel is around 10 minutes walk from JR Aomori Station. The street is quiet, so it’s easy to walk even with suitcases. “Not so close to station! !”
Shortage of staff! Disorganized n slow check in ! Some room layouts not optimal . Location is okay ( 6 blocks from Aomori Station ) dont expect sny help w luggage except maybe a trolley. No assistance w local information! ( perhaps this is the new normsl in Japan )
