Handy business hotel next to train station. Rooms are small but clean just make sure you do not choose a smoking room unless you want to smell like an ashtray for weeks thereafter. Some restaurants form part of the complex.The local mall is within walking distance.

Older style hotel very convenient location for railway station . Walk to restaurants and Hirosaki Castle . View of Mt Iwaki from our 11th floor room . Window opened for fresh air . Fantastic breakfast buffet selection . Best one on this trip .

I stayed for two nights in late October. I'm not sure why I was allocated a room designed for someone in a wheelchair, but it possibly meant I had more space than I otherwise would've had in a double room. The slope was a little disconcerting however. It was a pleasure to be able to see Mt Iwaki, but I was on a lower floor, I think the fifth, and there was an ugly concrete outdoor space outside the window (not a balcony and not accessible) which restricted lower and wider views. The bed was comfortable and there was a useful big desk with power sockets well placed. The lighting was great, there were good pyjamas and I appreciated the large box of tissues. There was central air conditioning (i.e. not adjustable), but it could be turned off. There were no clothes drawers or safe, but there was a fridge. It was easy to hear people talking in the corridor. The bathroom was fairly small with only just enough bench space for toiletries, however there were small shelves attached to a wall which could be used as well. The bath wasn't long but desirably deep. The toilet was very efficient and made its own decisions! There was only one small towel rack and there wasn't a curtain railing even to hang the larger towel on. I guess it was set up for a disabled person using the provided stool to shower, but they'd still need a second towel rack. The mirrors seemed to be slightly magnified, which was good for applying make-up. A highlight was the breakfast buffet - extensive choices, fresh and delicious. The staff member who helped me with luggage forwarding was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located next to the JR station.

Hot hotel rooms - central control aircon. If you want to get a good night's sleep under 23 degrees this is not your hotel . I asked after the first night at the front desk. Told they would see if aircon not working. NOTHING CHANGED...Next night I got a fan. 3rd night I will still use the fan and keep sleeping on top of my bed. The panel states it will go to 18 degrees. This is not the case it was 23 degrees at all times, just blowing the air around. I was charged $650 for 3 nights. So not a cheap stay. Positively the breakfast is very good, and the beds are also good. Only 5 channels on the Television to choose from.
