“Cheap and decent”
This hotel is cheap and the breakfast is good. This is about all there is to say about it. It's a 30 minute walk from Aomori Station. Most of the floors reek of cigarettes, but the rooms aren't that bad. Amenities are OK, as in all Japanese business hotels.

“Cheap, clean, well equiped - but smoker hotel”
A cheap hotel in Aomori. Not far from the city center. It's clean, the hotel personnels are nice and able to communicate in English. “Great location”
We went for the Nebuta festival. This is a small, quaint hotel right on the parade route. Very friendly staff. Rooms are small but we were there for the festival so it didn't matter. Room had 2 twin beds. At least there was air conditioning.

“Cheap, god buffet breakfast - But it stinks!”
The staff are really helpful and friendly, and have had a better grasp of English than some larger hotels I have stayed in. Only 3500Y for a single room and breakfast. Great location.
