“Wonderful staff, nice and quiet rooms, comfortable inn, good location”
Due to the weather, we arrived wet, and the owner gave us towels with which to dry off, as well as house-made macha tea and a sweet bean paste treat for our welcome, along with a crane origami piece she had made for us. “Feels like home”
This ryokan a 15 minute walk from the main train station. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, showed us around the ryokan and gave us local recommendations, the owner even gave us a lift to a restaurant she recommended!
