“To us the highlight was the breakfast”

“Great option for people aiming to cycle the Shimanami Kaido”
Stayed one night here before cycling the Shimanami Kaido. Not exactly centrally-located. 15-20 minute walk needed from Onomichi train station. But that’s fine for the price. “Excellent hotel”
We really enjoyed the hotel where we stayed for two nights in a twin room. Beds were great and the room was very quiet and there is a Lawsons next door which was very suitable for breakfast. “Will forward luggage for bikers”
We came to Onomichi to bike the kim anami trail. This hotel will arrange for luggage transfer to your biking destination for a fee. Fee is based on luggage size but was ¥1200 per each of our small luggage pieces. We enjoyed our traditional room with futons. Also enjoyed breakfast here.

“Comfortable stay, good value”
The hotel is located just outside of the town centre, approx 12-15 min walk but totally do-able. They also run a free shuttle service from the hotel to the local train station which is right in the centre of the town. The rooms are a good size and comfortable.
