“Traditional Japanese hotel – an awesome experience”
We had a family room/Japanese style. Very nice room with great view. Excellent buffet dinner and breakfast in top floor with beautiful view. And the nicest Onsen we experienced so far. All in all a very nice experience – we will come again!

“Great view for winter”
Went here last winter. The hotel is far from crowed Sapporo city so needed a cap. Arrived a little late so the evening was not much light around. Woke up in the morning with the snow all over the window view was great. I loved the view here! The breakfast was great with a view too.

“Favorite Forest Onsen Retreat ”
Nothing relaxes you more than soaking outside in a traditional Japanese onsen gazing at the forest laden with snow. This place shouts decadence! “Average”
2nd time staying in this hotel. early check in to the hotel around 3pm, the room very hot, the cold air can't blow in due to the window is small. very warm, not comfortable. ski open until 4.30pm, wait until sunset the room still very hot.
