“The Amazing Staff!”
I chose Chalet Ivy for its location to the Ace Gondola as well as being in the hub of the Niseko town.

“Made our first visit so nice”
Great location for access to base of ski area and Hirafu restaurants etc. Comfortable bed. Clean. The breakfast had so many options it blew me away. Loved the onsen! Friendly staff. The only bummer was not being able to adjust the temp in our room. Not a deal breaker though.

“Outstanding!”
Cannot recommend Chalet Ivy enough. Everything, from accommodations to ski logistics to customer service was outstanding! All of the staff is best in class, and special shout out to Moi-san and Vladi. They went above and beyond every day. Can’t wait to return!
