“Best of Hokkaido”
We came as a big group , stayed at penthouse. Total around 40 pax . We had a great time. Everything was well maintained , valued for money. And service from Michelle Paynor (Owner Liason) who took care of us exceptionally well. She made exceptional efforts to cater to our needs . Having such staff … more

Such a beautiful place to stay with family. The property is relaxing and well-maintained, and the staff were very accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. “Will return”
Lovely property and warm hospitality. Shella and Deo at the front desk are both very helpful and attentive. Ms Padma at the restaurant is another lovely soul. They made the stay much enjoyable.
