“Sapporo Snow Festival 2020”
An enjoyable dinner at Rondo sky restaurant. 360 degree rotating which allows us to see marvellous night view along with fine dining. Staff were warm and dedicated. Highly recommend to those who want to celebrate memorial anniversary.

“3rd world countries have better WiFi”
you lost 2 stars for having outdated WEP security on your wifi. The slow speed is unusable 90% of the time, there is a LAN port that doesn't even work in the room. unless i have just been unlucky both times we have stayed here the Internet has been atrocious at best. We Booked corner room of this hotel only because of its good location and our first choice of hotel couldn’t be booked. The room was not value for money maybe because of snow festival.
