My stay here was really pleasant and welcoming. Location and price was great. Susukino has a very lively night scene with the Round 1 game center, karaoke centers, food court/malls like cocono susukino, some interesting bars and drinking. I felt safe venturing around late at night. Odori Park and Sapporo Station is still very walkable from this hotel. I do prefer Susukino for the food options and how close shopping was. Airport bus pickup and drop off spots were close to this hotel, about a 10 minute walk with luggage in snow. Room was pretty clean and a bit more spacious than what I’m used to in other hotels in Japan. Hotel had a good layout with standard good representation of the IHG brand. Housekeeping was good and kept to room comfy. Heat and water was also good with the winter weather. All the staff were very helpful and approachable. I really appreciate how everyone there was genuinely kind, from front desk to housekeeping. They answered my questions well and met my requests for little extra things like an extra luggage rack and how to properly dispose of broken luggage with them (500¥ per piece and easy). I ended up trying their breakfast buffet which did a good job with having a good number of items unique to Hokkaido/Japan. The hospitality of this hotel made me not regret signing up as an IHG member. I will consider this hotel again if I visit Sapporo another time.

It was just a 5 minute walk from the airport bus stop and only 1 minute from the famous Sapporo Card Building. As IHG member, I received a room upgrade. Although the room was a bit dated, I enjoyed good member benefits, which made the trip satisfying. The reception staff were also friendly.. We wanna come back again.

Basically in the middle of a very vibrant area with lots of nightlife and it’s beside ‘Ramen alley’ which has some amazing miso ramen options. Basically in the middle of a very vibrant area with lots of nightlife and it’s beside ‘Ramen alley’ which has some amazing miso ramen options. The room I had was quite small but absolutely sufficient for a couple of nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close for transport connections too. I would stay here again.

The hotel is at a walkable distance from Tanukikoji shopping street, Susukino subway station, the airport bus drop-off & pick-up points. The hotel is at a walkable distance from Tanukikoji shopping street, Susukino subway station, the airport bus drop-off & pick-up points. Rooms are small, like in all hotels across Japan, but the main issue here is the layout, which makes it very congested. Two medium sized suitcases can be placed in the room. Any more luggage will make it super difficult to walk around the room. The breakfast is decent. Drinking water is available in a common area on each floor, we are required to fill the water ourselves. The staff at the reception are really helpful too.
