“Great hotel”
Great hotel for families. Onsen clean and relaxing. Massage chairs, tv and popsicles. Helpful staff! Clean and spacious rooms (for Sapporo). Good location. Water and towels provided daily. Slippers and spa outfits provided. Amenities buffet available for all toiletries

“Perfect Central Location”
The Location is fantastic. You can walk to all the important sites. The rooms could not be smaller, and I was solo. At least the bed and sheets were cozy and comfortable Breakfast had a good variety. I recommend the onsen experience which I enjoyed.

“Appreciate the help and service rendered”
