We had a pleasant stay for 6 nights (quadruple room). Located in a good location between the station of Sapporo and Odori, the room is spacious, clean and amazing. All the staff are amazing at providing top service, helpful and friendly. The explanation provided during our check-in was clear and in English. Our room have 4 single beds (2 of them slightly bigger in size), a walk-in closet, sofas with table, side table and a work desk and chair. Not forget the make-up space with a sink and spacious bathroom with bathtub. The bathroom can be set to play music, so relaxing. Really nice room, we like it very much. We stored our 5 large luggages with no issue. If I come back to Sapporo, I will definitely stay here again. What you should know: 1. TV, electric kettle, cups and glasses, mini fridge, slippers, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner - available in the room 2. Some toiletries not available in the room but near the reception, you can get toothbrush, shower cap, cotton bud, razor, etc. Begore you go to your room, you can take it with you. Towels are also available near the reception. 3. The room does not have mineral water. But on my room floor (in-front of the lift/elevator) is a vending machine. Small mineral water can be bought at Y120 only. 4. For consecutive guests like ourselves, housekeeping is not daily but selected days. As we stayed for 7 days, they cleaned our room on the 3rd day and the 6th day. Afraid not, if you want your towels replaced and trash bin emptied, just place the magnetic stickers provided outside your room. I am happy with this arrangement. 5. For house guests, you will receive discount coupons for breakfast with a discounted price of Y2200 for an adult and Y1100 for a child (subject to change). Please check with the hotel to confirm. The breakfast spread was great, but for us Muslims the menus are limited, still we enjoyed our breakfast. 6. If you want to go to the Odori / Susukino side, from the hotel, just turn left to the next building, Sapporo Cultural Art Theater (exit 31), take escalators straight down to the underground passageway. There, you can walk to the underground Aurora and Pole town. 7. If you want to go to Sapporo station, you can turn right and walk 3 min to exit 22 to the underground passageway. But there is no escalator, only long stairs way down (really way down). For those with large/many luggages or with kids, it is not recommended to take this exit. I think the exit 23 with the escalator. Do check yourself. Overall, this hotel is a good place to stay.

I love this hotel in how good their service is. I didn't receive my package and the front desk Mr. Kudoh response efficiently and assisted at once to found my package. The room is clean, bed is large and with non-smoking. Large bathtub and the room looks very nice. Location is superb too only 1min to bus station and subway. 30s to convenient store. I will definitely come back when I visit Hokkaido! 友達と２泊しました。ちょっどな郵便物トラブルが起こしましたが、さすがにフロント工藤さん早速の対応力に脱帽です、秒で解決した👍🏻迷った上このホテルを選んでよかったです。ヘアも広い、快適に過ごしました✨️

“Nice hotel”

Stayed her for 4 nights while on business. The hotel is very nice as were the rooms. The hotel has a very nice Zen Garden which is the centerpiece of the hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location with plenty of things walkable. I would remove d staying here.
