“Fab first dinner in Japan”
Super polite and friendly staff. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Complimentary water in the room. Great dining experience for dinner and very reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was very good with a good variety of food on offer.

“Easy in and out ”
The Excel Tokyu brand of hotels has proven to be successful for our one night stays. Sapporo has a couple and we chose one conveniently and centrally located. Parks, shopping and restaurants are nearby. Walking is safe. We took the Numboku subway from the JR station for 220yen to the third stop. … more

“No recommend, cleaning fail”
location is very good, near Nakajimakoen Station around 7mins walking the room space also large, check-in smooth but the room cleaning not good, wall and bathroom have obvious dirt water tank inside the air freshener, you can see it is dark (original should be white). not feeling any cleaning
