This hotel is located in Susukino and is close by to many places like Tanuki Koji, various restaurants, Odori Park, JR station and street cars. The hotel sits from the 7th floor above the Cocono Susukino complex that has restaurants, movie theater, Daiso, grocery store, Lawsons and a direct entrance to the train station and the underground mall, that is closest to Pole Town. The hotel itself has a walk in shower as well as a tub. There are lots of bathroom amenities as well as coffee, tea and cosmetics on the lobby level that you can help yourself to before going up to your room. They also offer free wine at happy hour min the late afternoon in the lobby. I found this hotel to be so convenient for all of my needs! The Splish restaurant had a great buffet for breakfast and also has a self serve soft serve ice cream machine, which we enjoyed along with various toppings and sauces. The rooms are a bit dark, but you can either close or open the room shades (both a black out and a screen type shade) to adjust the lighting during the day. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to shopping, eating venues and as a central point to getting around Sapporo city!

Part of the Cocono Susukino shopping complex. It occupies the top 12 floors. This is a fairly new hotel, just opened in 2024. Everything still has that new feel. This is a full-service hotel by Tokyu Hotel. Connected to the subway, Susukino Station via the underground pedestrian walkway. They have a premium lounge and spa on the 18th floor. A great outdoor deck. A totally overlooked feature. You have a beautiful view of Sapporo. The 16th-17th floors are considered premium floors. Their restaurant, Bar & Grill Splish, is a buffet restaurant. Breakfast is ¥3,000 per person. Highlights local foods: Lamb, Haskapa berries, Soup Curry, and Hokkaido dairy products. You can make your own sashimi don with button shrimp or maguro, salmon, or you can ask for a customized Korean grilled pork don. A couple of days of this menu are great; it has enough unique things to make things interesting. You get to try some things you would never try elsewhere. As for the room. Our room was a regular room. It was very quiet. No street noise. The blinds did the trick, and it was total darkness when we woke up in the morning. No light leakage. The bed was very comfortable - perhaps closer to the firm side, but neither of us is complaining. While a tad small, we can't complain. Full kudos to the staff. Most spoke enough English to communicate.
