Location - BEST Atmosphere - busy but fast Rooms - very nice and clean Hotel personnel - EXCELLENT! The hotel is situated to places you would want to see or go to. There’s a grocery at B2 that you’ll find almost all the things you will be needing.

Stayed here earlier this month during the Snow Festival and had a pretty pleasant stay overall. Location: You really can’t beat the location. It’s right in the heart of Susukino and directly connected to a mall with plenty of eateries, Pole Town and the train station. Super convenient, especially in winter — you hardly need to step outdoors to get to shops or food. Tanukikoji Shopping Street is also just a short walk away. The hotel itself sits within a small mall, so grabbing a quick bite is very easy. Service: Service is what you’d expect from a typical Japanese 3-star hotel — efficient and structured. It’s not the warm, personalised service you might get from larger international chains, but the staff are polite and helpful when approached. There’s no porter service, and since the hotel occupies the top floors of the building, there isn’t a proper drop-off point right at the entrance. Breakfast: Breakfast is available at an additional charge. It’s slightly on the pricey side for what’s offered. The selection is decent, though after a couple of days it does feel a bit repetitive. Facilities: The gym is very small with only basic equipment, so it’s fine for a light workout but not much more. There’s also an onsen on-site, which we didn’t manage to try during this stay. Room Comfort: Rooms are compact (as expected in Japan), but the layout is thoughtfully designed and makes good use of the space. Despite the size, it felt comfortable and worked well for our stay. Overall, a solid choice if location and convenience are your priorities, especially during peak season.

We stayed here for one night after arriving in Hokkaido and found it to be a pleasant stay. This is a Japanese hotel, so rooms are quite compact, but it was fine for one night. We stayed here for one night after arriving in Hokkaido and found it to be a pleasant stay. This is a Japanese hotel, so rooms are quite compact, but it was fine for one night. The location here is great, it's part of a shopping mall in the heart of Sapporo, which makes everything accessible. The breakfast in the morning was incredible - a very pleasant surprise. Check in, check out is easy, and they have amenities in the lobby that you can help yourself to. We would definitely stay here agiain.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a downtown location close to numerous restaurants and stores. There’s a Lawson’s in the same building, as well as a grocery. Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a downtown location close to numerous restaurants and stores. There’s a Lawson’s in the same building, as well as a grocery. My room was very comfortable, clean and had a very nice view of the snowy street. I could see the Ferris wheel atop another building from my window. Uber/taxis were very active around this hotel and there’s a train station nearby. I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 because of the laundry. While it was easy to access and operate with a link to monitor the washer/dryer usage, the rubber parts of the front loading machines needed cleaning. Please check these and clean them regularly. Everything else was great. I would stay here again.
