“An overall good mid range hotel located in Susukino”
I booked through an online site and every time when I posted a question, I got a good respond. When I checked in, the room is better to my expectation. The front desk customer service is just excellent. I have to thank 前原and 賴聖文 who worked me through my check in although I made last minute changes.

“Very convenient”
We stayed for 5 days last July. I like the location because it was so near to Sapporo Station. Taking a cab from Sapporo Station will cost you ¥1,070 yen. Staff were friendly and very helpful. There’s also Seicomart infront of the hotel.

“very pleasant hotel”
I stayed five days at the Tmark City Hotel in Sapporo and did enjoy my stay there. The hotel is a little walk from Susukino station in a not so busy street. Of all the hotels we stayed at in Japan this was my least favorite. It is definitely dated in the rooms. It felt dingy but I could tell they kept it clean. Just needs some new carpet and some paint.
