Located in the Susukino area, this is an excellent hotel that offered a highly satisfying stay. The entire property and rooms are remarkably clean and modern, ensuring a very comfortable environment. The spacious public bath is equipped with a great sauna, which was the perfect way to unwind and recover from travel fatigue. Best of all, the breakfast is absolutely delicious. It features a rich variety of dishes, including fresh local Hokkaido seafood, making for a highly satisfying morning. With its convenient location, excellent facilities, and great service, this hotel is highly recommended and I would definitely love to stay here again when visiting Sapporo! 館内やお部屋はどこも新しく清潔感にあふれており、とても快適に過ごすことができました。広々とした大浴場にはサウナも完備されており、旅の疲れをじっくりと癒せるのが最高です。そして何より、朝食が非常に美味しいです。北海道ならではの新鮮な海の幸をはじめ、バラエティ豊かなメニューが揃っており、朝から大満足でした。 アクセスの良さはもちろん、設備もサービスも充実した、札幌を訪れる際にはぜひまた泊まりたいおすすめのホテルです。

“friendly and helpful staff”

The breakfast is stunning, though location is not as convenient as I think, yet taking taxi around is not expensive though. Most impressive is the friendly and helpful staff, esp. Ms Endo and her gentleman colleague. the room is quiet and tidy!

The good : clean facility with a contemporary design, laundry on-site, men and women onsen (public baths), great water pressure in the room, strong yet quiet air conditioning, good location not far from the bustling night life and restaurants, free toiletries, free popsicles! The bad : Very very small rooms with no space for your luggage, it would be a safety and fire hazard if you put your luggage anywhere but under your bed. NO COFFEE options in the morning unless you do their paid breakfast. You either can use a vending machine for cold brew coffee or walk a block to Lawsons for hot coffee. While minor no english programming available on the TV despite having a category of “western” movies. No cleaning service but they do provide fresh towels each day. Not really an issue because the rooms are small there is not much to clean. Also the mattresses are essentially futons and on the hard side but for whatever reason my body adjusted and it wasn’t a problem. They also provide you with a single comically small buckwheat pillow, but you can go down to reception to get regular plows. After 2 PM the coffee machine downstairs becomes available. It is in the only common area they have which is what they use for their paid breakfast service. So in the morning the coffee machine is off limits. If they moved their coffee machine outside the restricted breakfast area or maybe provided an instant coffee options it would be more accommodating to international travelers.
