“Japanese room and private onsen experience”
After a long drive, we made our way up the peninsula via spectacular coastal roads to the hotel, which was very easy to find. “Hot baths overlooking the ocean and divine food”
Oh my word! What a beautiful stay! From the outside the building looks rather unassuming but inside it’s gorgeous. Our room was huge (which is not a word often associated with hotels in Japan). “A good stay, but expensive for what it is”
We were not sure what to expect visiting Kitakobushi Shiretoko. What we found was a well established hotel with lots of amenities (gym, onsen, shop, lounge area, etc) overlooking the harbour.
