Everything is up to Japan and American standard, linens and in room air are without allergens though there’s a lot of odourless anti-smoke gas being sprayed all over the city which will enter the room through walls and ventilation but nothing the hotel can do. “Good location for business or stopovers”
I stayed here because we had an early flight leaving from Kobe Airport in the morning. If you need to go to Kobe for business or otherwise, it’s great. All the necessary amenities, water servers in the hallways, convenience stores nearby and a Matsuya downstairs.

The hotel is a bit further if you walk from Sannomiya Station (about 1km) while it is nearer to the Shinkansen station of Shin-Kobe. “Loved it!”
Super friendly hotel staff! The hotel is very nice and super clean. The room I stayed in had a great size and was overall very comfortable. The location is also great. My stay was only two days short, but I would definitely recommend it!
