“Great Breakfast”
Great place to stay to explore Kobe — the mountains and town, good breakfast, amazing views and friendly staff. My bathroom was a bit smelly though (despite being clean)..

Reached hotel at 11am but room no ready. Luggage stored at Conceirge. Front desk associates unable to speak in English. Overall, the room look small than picture.
