“Good for a nights stay”
A little bit of a walk to get there from the Portliner or JR station. Basic facilities - it was built in the 1979's but everything you could need for an overnight stay. Good breakfast buffet. Ok for an overnight stop on the way somewhere else.

“Small but no complaints......”
Good location, close central Kobe. Rooms are small, clean, bathroom fine, shower good, bed comfortable, space in room at a premium though . Staff are excellent as was breakfast. Nice, quiet hotel at reasonable cost.

“It does the job”
Nice hotel for the Price, but could improve on cleanliness. Check in / Check out was easy, not a bad location away from the station, but not to far. Cheap and Cheerful hotel, nothing to write home about (although i am writing about it here)

Stayed here for 1 night for the England v USA Rugby World Cup match. Although the room was small and the hotel on 1st impressions a bit far out it was actually fine for the 1 night we were there. “A bit disappointed.”
Stayed two nights we were shocked at the size of the room, this was part of a cruise deal we expected a lot more.
