“Cheap price”
As good as typical Japanese budget hotel. Room is small but equiped with all necessay items. Clean and comfortable. Location is 1 km from Mito station. It's quite area. But it's not too far from restaurant areas. Valuable!!! Suitable for short stop in Mito.

“Convenient hotel for short stay”
Pretty good hotel but has usual small rooms. Free WiFi. Near the train station and the main shopping area. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. No free car park. Must pay for parking at nearby open air carpark

“A bit different from typical hotels of APA”
It's located about 800m from northern exit of Mito station. Staffs were polite, the room was clean, I was satisfied with the price and quality. “A bit average, in all aspects”
We stayed here for our visit to Motegi. This is an older APA hotel with less modern (small) rooms than we stayed eg in Tokyo. Breakfast was very “local” but good toast machine available. Location close the Mito station compensates but next stay we might choose another hotel.

“Last choice we had”
The room was advertised as a double but it was what they called a 'semi double' in Japan. Two people cannot comfortably sleep in these beds unless you are Japanese and very very small.
