“Excellent Service”
We stayed 2 nights during the strongest Typhoon in 60 years. So we were stuck in the hotel for 2 days. I had reserved a room with a hot spring tub through Hotels.com, and they screwed that up. “Beautiful Onsen Hotel”
This is a very nice onsen hotel, great for relaxing. We went with our 4-year old, who was treated very well and had a wonderful time. “Amazing Experience”
We always wanted to experience a real, traditional Ryokan (Traditional Japanese hotel). This hotel is the real deal, plus it has several onsen (Hot spring baths) so the whole experience is amazing. “Amazing stay.”
My first stay in a more traditional Ryokan. Outstanding hospitality with friendly, accommodating hosts. Language barriers were easily overcome. The room was clean and cosy. Loved the private onsen as well as the amazing, multi course meals.
