“Perfect Japanese Guesthouse”
Perfect little Japanese guesthouse. We stayed in the main building not in the dormitory/pods. It was a lovely traditional room with grass mats and futons. The staff were lovely and helpful and gave good tips about the local area. The food was a bargain for dinner and drinks very good value as well… more

“Fun night, great host and a comfy bed”
Would like to thank everyone at Azito for the enjoyable stay me and my wife had last night. The bed was really comfortable and pillows fluffy. The amenities were also well above the price we paid. “Great value and location”
GuestHouse Azito is a great place to stay in the Hakone area. Just a short walk up the hill from the Hakone Yumoto station, or catch the K bus if you’ve got your luggage with you. The double capsule ‘rooms’ are wood lined, private and cosy with room to spread out, and USB plugs for charging devices… more

“Nice little guesthouse in Hakone”
Little guesthouse with friendly staff. it's clean and the wooden capsules are well made. It's a bit far from Hakone train station though. The shared space is small, there are chances you would not find a seat during peak hours.

“Beware the hill ”
Only 12min of walking (according to Google Map) from Hakone-Yumoto station, but turned out to be the hardest walk due to the incline for the last 5min of it. I don't want to exaggerate, but it felt like at least a 25 degrees angle and when you're dragging luggage up, you're going to need to take mu… more
