“Amazing staff, food and hospitality”
This was our favourite stay of our month long stay in Japan. We stayed here for 2 nights in a traditional Japanese style room. “Worth the Splurge”
This was the big splurge on our trip to Japan and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel is set amidst the Hakone Mountain system and is such a nice refresh/reset between Tokyo and Kyoto. “Good for cost at Annex building rooms”
I am a Japanese. I really enjoyed the stay. I like non-expensive Onsen so We stayed at Annex room. No private onsen in the room but large enough and clean(a bit old but well remodelled).
