“Elegant and cozy”
The fireplace smelled wonderful. The service was excellent. The food and drinks were timely and delicious. We didn’t try the restaurants, but the living room is very comfortable for informal dining. “Perfect, would visit again”
Great location, large rooms. Excellent breakfast and welcome drinks. Very useful location shuttle service, they will also collect you from Odawara station if you book in advance. Nice Onsen but not sauna.

“Wonderful experience in a lovely Hakone setting”
A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Our room and the bathroom were very spacious but the best amenity was an amazing veranda overlooking gardens. “One night stoppver in Hakone.”
Beautiful location in Hakone. The Hyatt is a 5 min walk to the mid-station Kami-Gora on the Hakone Cable Car which makes it a convenient location for the Hakone loop. It has a great onsen and spa. The dining could be better as this facility does not have a real bar which I expected it to have.
