“Great visit”
Wonderful staff. Spacious room. Hotel is not new, but very nicely maintained. Enjoyed onsen. Superb dinners and extensive breakfasts. Highly recommended.

“Relaxing!”
Such a pleasant, large, inviting room. Beds were comfortable and sitting area in room charming. Both private and public baths were very nice. The breakfast was fine, and dinner was very good. Walkable to lake, ropeway and to beautiful Mt. Fuji views.

“Tired but okay”
Don't expect a flash hotel. Externally the hotel grounds have been let go and the vegetation is overgrown. The lawn you see in the photos looked like an old overgrown paddock.
