“Great spot to stay near cruise terminals ”
Had an unexpected need to stay near cruise terminal (cruise ended up being cancelled). Lovely hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Checkin staff happy to help and accommodate our needs. French restaurant in level 13 offered okay set menu. Highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here many times before as a frequent traveler to Japan. This is a hotel that is a heart beat away from competing as among the top in Yokohama...Location, room size and views among those reasons.
