“Great hotel with onsen”

“Excellent service and great amenities.”
As the title suggests, the service here was impeccable and they did everything to accommodate our requests. “Nice hotel”
The hotel is well located. Close to the city center and the station afoot or by tram. The staff was nice, speaking a bit of english and the room clean and confortable. Very good bed. The wifi was OK and the breakfast copious but only japanese style. The public bath was a bit small.

“Very small room & that step into the bathroom”
Tight room with little space when baggage is placed on the floor. Beware of the one foot step into bathroom. Easily trip and fall in middle of night. 三連休中日で泊まっていたホテルが埋まってしまったので宿泊しました。 ホテルや部屋は非常に清潔ですが、稼働率と回転効率を重視して作られているため、折角の温泉大浴場もすし詰め、部屋も狭く煙草臭く快適とは言いがたかったです。 アクセスも街の中心から徒歩10-15分程度かかり便利とは言えない距離に位置しており、部屋が8桁の暗証番号入力式など、煩わしい仕組みが気になりました。 ただし他の近隣ホテルと比べるとコストパフォーマンスは良いです。 hotel and rooms are very clean, but room size and hot spa space are no so large. … more
