“Excellent hotel”
Just finishing four nights at this hotel. We had two rooms with our two sons. Clean and modern hotel with great staff. Excellent location. Very spacious and well appointed rooms. Definitely recommend!

Great location - I think it is one of the best located in Kyoto. Pleasant and polite staff, free coffee is appreciated, and the hotel is nicely renovated and well-appointed. Not bad but not great . They gave me a closet of a room which I made do . No room upgrade or free breakfast for platinum elite members. At check in they asked if I wanted a larger room for a fee.
