“Great value”
Very close to Kyoto station hachi jo exit, near to avanti shopping mall. The receptionist is on the 2nd floor, they have some amenities providing as well on the lobby Breakfast located on the first floor, there’s a small fitness centre on the 2nd floor. The room has enough space for single use.

“Very convenient location”
The hotel is just 5 minutes' walk from the east gate of Hachigoguchi exit of Kyoto Station. The room is of good size by Japan standards. It looked like that it was lately refurbished because the facilities were quite new while the hotel building was not new. An excellent place to take a good rest… more

The room resembled a shoe box with a view of the back of nearby hotels. We had to pull the bed out from the wall to get in. Nice shower room.
