“Top experience!!”
Great location and excellent friendly service ! Rooms very clean and spacious - we booked the Hollywood room. The hotel is conveniently close to Kyoto station and staff are always on standby if needed. Everyone so friendly. Will definitely come back again !!

The room was clean, and prompt service was provided upon request. The staff were polite and attentive. The location was great and convenient. “Handy Location”
Terrific hotel close to Kyoto station with very comfortable and surpisingly spacious rooms. Larger room compared to other hotels we stayed at, clean and tidy. No shower curtain so water went all over the floor. “Ok-Let down by awful pillows”
Room was quite small but adequate and very clean, nothing damaged or worse for wear. The bed wasn't great. Thin mattress and awful pillows.
