5 🌟 lived K’s house. Stayed in a private room with own bathroom. Big hostel, with lots of people coming and going. Loved it! “All round excellence.”
The location is very good - ten minutes walk from the train station. A bonus is its proximity to Higashi Honganji temple and its detached garden Shosei-en. When we came hostel was fully booked what is great reference and reviews work. I booked it months ahead to our trip based on tourists rating. “Social and friendly hostel ”
Best common and kitchen area we have seen in a hostel in Japan. Only downside was the hard beds and lack of proper blinds on the bedroom windows. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay in a private room.
