“A satisfying stay”
This is my second time staying in M’s related hotel. The location is one of the attractions and the previous stay in other M’s hotel leaves me a good impression. “Great Stay Overall, but Staff Experience Needs Improvement”
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is very nice-clean, newly maintained, and the room was spacious and comfortable. “Hotel budget near Kyoto station”
The hotel is near Kyoto station (can be reach by walk). The room is simple but have bathtub! If there is no one in the hotel, we can take the phone and talk to the staff by phone in front of the hotel. We can check in and check out easily in the front desk.

“Basic but good”
It is very basic but don’t let that fool you. Check-in was simple and staff was very helpful and friendly. Very new hotel so everything was very good still. It is near Kyoto station so getting around is easy. Room was nice and clean.
