Tbh, I loved this ryokan. Was staying in a Japanese style room, which was spacious and clean. Every night we made ourselves tea which was in our room. So delicious. “What an experience!”
Omotenashi! Now I understand what it means, even tho is extremely complex, it´s something worth understanding! Matsumoto-sama is an expert in Japanese hospitality. The stay is a whole experience! We went there with my fiance, the location is great! Close to kyoto´s main station
