“Great location for touring Kyoto.”
Newer hotel that was very clean. Rooms were on the smaller side but adequate for the time we spent there. Very friendly staff. On site laundry is only one washer and one dryer. But did the job. Good overall location to see the sights. Uber app brought the taxi right to the door.

“Nice hotel”
Nice centrally located hotel. Good sized room. Simple breakfast, but it tasted good. Nice staff at the reception. I am a fan.

A strong contender for one of the best in 5 hotels I stayed in on my 3 weeks trip to Japan. As mentioned in other reviews. “Rooms are small”
Good location. 10-20 min walk to Gion district, Nishiki market... Our room was super small, like a square box with a Queen bed. this was the only hotel in our Japan trip (4 cities) that had a Queen.
