“Clean and convenient”
The hotel is quiet centralized where is close to train station and bus stop. There are two coin washers and dryers on site. “Great location & great price”
Great location and great price. Simple and nutritious breakfast. However, disappointed as room is quite dusty, it has 2 washing machines and dryers so will have to queue for it. Spouse wanted to print some business document however staff wasn't very helpful.

“Clean good business hotel”
I usually stay this hotel when I come to Kyoto for business meetings. The room is small but clean. Occasionally it is noisy with peoples' voice in the hallway. It has only one elevator which may be very crowded.

“An Average Stay”
I didn't particularly like my say at this hotel, and having been in Japan for 2 weeks, and staying at several hotels, this was a very lacking experience.
