“Nice cozy room, Great Staff”
The room is average small but enough space for one person. It's cozy and warm. The facilities inside are clean. They even provide a free smart phone from during the stay and it will show places where to go and eat at no extra cost. Then it resets after your check-out. I didn't used it as I forgot t… more

“Great Hotel, Great Service”
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Urban Hotel Kyoto. Very clean, from the rooms, restaurant, lobby, courteous staff, intent response to any request, lots of amenities inside the room, very high speed WiFi. We will return any time we return to Kyoto. Very well run hotel, highly recommended.
