“Great place and fantastic meals”
The location was great - next to the Yasaka Shrine and very walkable to the popular shopping district or Gion district. Room was very comfortable and the futons were great and firm. Beautiful place, fantastic customer service. Japanese breakfast was sooo good. This place is on a main street right near lots of shops and restaurants, but from inside, you can't hear any of the street noise, and you feel tucked away. Highly recommend!

“Amazing!”
Amazing!!!! Highly recommend. Dinner and breakfast super! Excellent service and location also excellent. Nothing to complain. I wish I could have stay more time. The dining room is fantastic, very calming and relaxing. Food was also very sophisticated and curated.

Yuzuya Ryokan is absolutely wonderful. The whole place (our room, the courtyard, the breakfast room, the onsen, the lobby) is gorgeous and totally tranquil.
