“Excellent site to retreat”
Great and very relaxing site for family retreat, many various of hot water springs it's really great place. Buffet restaurant is offer various of great taste of meals for breakfast and dinner. Just hope in the future no tattoos allowed policy will be lift up

“Accessible room with a frozen waterfall view”
We stayed in an accessible room at this hotel after a day of skiing. The accessible room is located at the end of the building. Because the hotel is large, it is quite far from the elevator. “Beautiful, relaxing baths”
A great place to relax after hiking in the area. Large, clean rooms, lovely indoor and outdoor baths. Buffet dinner and breakfast offered a wide selection of Japanese and Western. Loved the French toast. It is a large hotel, and wifi was limited to lobby area. Try to go on a weekday.
